Summer’s Sigh is a series about memory, home, and the experience of returning to the place where I grew up as a different version of myself. Drawing on childhood materials and the color, warmth, playfulness, and possibility of Midwest summers, the work reflects both where I’ve been and the season of change I find myself in now.
